Our Work

Our work focuses on supporting people to develop skills, improve employability and build confidence through education, training and community-based programmes.

Education, Training and Employability

We deliver training and employability programmes that support individuals who are economically inactive or face barriers to employment. Our programmes focus on developing practical skills, confidence and readiness for work or further learning.

  • Employability and functional skills training

  • Advice, information and guidance

  • Confidence-building and mentoring

  • Health and wellbeing awareness and advocacy

  • Online and in-person delivery, depending on programme

Entrepreneurship and Business Skills

We support individuals who are interested in self-employment or developing business ideas. Our work helps people understand what is involved, develop relevant skills and access appropriate support.

  • Business networking

  • Business planning

  • Protecting and developing ideas

  • Market research

  • Turning ideas into action

Community and Carers Support

We deliver community-based support for carers and vulnerable groups, helping people access information, guidance, wellbeing support and social connection.

All Nations Carers Project

The All Nations Carers Project supports hidden ethnic minority carers in Bedfordshire. We bring carers together to access advice, information, health discussions with professionals and culturally appropriate wellbeing activities in a supportive environment.

Activities and Programmes

Our activities respond to identified community needs, particularly in areas where socio-economic challenges have limited access to employment, skills development and health and wellbeing support. We have experience delivering funded programmes, including employability and functional skills training for economically inactive individuals in Luton and Central Bedfordshire, alongside health and wellbeing awareness initiatives and community support activities.
