About

Open Doors Training and Development Trust is a charitable organisation established to support the prevention and relief of poverty, the relief of unemployment and the advancement of education. We work with individuals who want to improve their skills, access employment or explore self-employment and entrepreneurship.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to provide information, guidance, training and support that helps people make informed decisions about their futures.

We aim to build confidence, practical skills and independence, particularly for people facing social or economic disadvantage.

Our Approach

We work in partnership with experienced professionals, community organisations, funders and local stakeholders.

Our approach is practical, inclusive and focused on real-world outcomes. We provide support and options while recognising that final decisions rest with the individual.
